CHISELBOROUGH VILLAGE HALL
Chiselborough Village Hall lies at the heart of Chiselborough and is an outstanding building of unique character.
Built as a school in 1870 by the 5th Earl of Ilchester, it is now a popular community venue, offered for hire exclusively to Chiselborough residents, and perfect for any event including parties, quiz nights, dances, fitness classes, workshops, talks, performances, film nights, shows, receptions, and meetings.
All hirers have the use of the entire building and its grounds.
The Main Hall is the centrepiece of this fabulous building. It is large, light and airy, with 3 large, beautifully shaped windows.

Chiselborough Creatives: Inspiring Workshops and Talks for All
Our first year of Chiselborough Creatives was a great success, bringing people together to have fun, pick up new skills, and at the same time raise valuable funds for our Village Hall. Thank you to all our participants.

“Everyone I have spoken to who attended the Wreath Making Workshops this weekend, thoroughly enjoyed them. And I would like to thank all who made the two sessions such a success. The effort in collecting all the materials we used and getting them set up, was considerable. The tuition was excellent, very clear and the patience shown in explaining how to make the best of the materials, outstanding. We were supplied with mulled cider and homemade mince pies, delicious. The Chiselborough Village Hall 100 Club
Become a member of our 100 Club and you could not only be in with a chance to win a monthly cash prize but also be supporting the upkeep and maintenance of our lovely Village Hall. All you need to do is buy a number which will be put in a monthly draw, with the chance to win £50, £25 or £10. There will also be two extra bonus draws of £100 at Christmas and Easter.
Numbers cost £2 each, payable as an annual amount of £24, and will be entered into 12 monthly draws, plus the two extra bonus draws. You can apply for a max of 2 numbers per household and all numbers will be randomly allocated.
The first draw will take place at the beginning of the month after all numbers have been bought and allocated. You will be informed via the Chiselborough email and the Parish magazine when this will be.
Prior to the 12th draw, we will contact you to ask if you would like to renew membership to the 100 Club. Any numbers that are not renewed will be offered to new members.
